I feel 30 years younger after just a few days of your routines. I've spent too many years stiff as a board, tight everywhere, ridiculously weak for my size and in constant pain.
It's so hard to be in good mood when you're in pain. After a few days of your routines I am moving, smiling, happy and loving life again.
You incorporate everything into one workout, nerve flossing, static/dynamic stretching and more. This is EXACTLY what I needed. It replaces so much boring repetitive work, does a better job and saves me time.
You're freaking Awesome Julia!

I was so bad, my fingers and toes would lock up everyday. Sometimes when doing some of the moves my toes still lock up, but my fingers have already stopped. My fingers used to be more than 10°C colder than my arms(I checked with laser thermometer), my hands and feet were always cold. It's still bad when I wake up but after doing one or two of your routines my fingers are only several degrees colder than my arms and don't feel so cold. There was a time when I had to run my hands under hot water every morning just so I could put my socks on or hold a coffee.
After one of your routines my muscles
are full and pumped like I just did a gym workout. I attribute this to the freeing up of nerves and increased blood flow.

Whenever I do one of your mobility workouts I am so jealous, but in a good way! When you do the stretches, it looks like a beautiful dance. And then there is me, not even half as graceful 😅 You keep me going, because one day I want to be as flexible as you are. Since I started your routines, I improved so much in my workouts and running.

Is there an alternative to the ankle sit leg lifts? I can't sit on my heels at all, I don't have the flexibility in my knees.
I will include variations to these in the future with all kneeling exercises! :) For now try to put a rolled up blanket in between your legs or even between your calfes & hammies - that should work. 🙏🏼

May I have a question regarding diagonal body rocks? I don't exactly understand what this exercise is supposed to do to me 😃 What am I stretching or focusing on there?
Hey Dominika - diagonal body rocks are a great gentle way to put prep the wrists (pushing yourself forward) and also stretch the lats (going back deep into child’s pose). Diagonal ones are really just a variation where you can emphasize the pressure on the wrist on one side and stretch on the other side really! :) Love these for warm ups or at the beginning of routines to start off slowly. Hope that helps!
